Walnut Seedlings

£10.00

Juglans regia. Seedling trees 40- 50cm.

Juglans regia, or the English walnut, is a long-lived, deciduous tree prized for its elegant form, lush foliage, and tasty nuts. These vigorous 2yr old seedlings have been grown from excellent seed stock and should begin producing nuts in 4 - 8 years. Allow 10-15m between trees. Good light is essential to allow walnuts to develop broad canopies, providing excellent shade and wildlife habitat. Thriving in well-drained soil and full sun, they develop deep roots and strong trunks, making them a resilient choice for orchards, woodlands, or large gardens.

A perfect addition for long-term beauty, biodiversity, and homegrown harvests.
