Agastache rugosa - Korean Mint. A beautiful herbaceous perennial herb with an aniseed-mint flavour. A staple of Korean & Chinese cuisine where it is used in salads and as a flavouring for fish dishes. Growing to 80cm - 1.5m in height with dramatic purple flower spikes in summer. Native to East Asia but hardy to around -10c when planted in well-drained soil.
